Using the 3D map for measuring a simple full body flexion movment
Using the 3D map for measuring hip external rotation with upperbody flexion. It is interesting to see where some guys get that external rotation from or where the movement manipulations happen.

Highlighting the most powerful stride of an on ice sprint. Looking at the difference in Power from Right and Left, as well as the average of the set on the bottom right.

We isolated the legs and did SL lateral bounds with this athlete off ice and found a significant discrepancy between left and right with this freshman.

A bar graph look at the stride by stride power output in an on ice sprint.

Pic 8 and Pic 10 are September vs December of squat jump testing with a freshman athlete. Not only do we see average power increase, largest output increase, a decrease in time to peak output, but also more symmetry between the movements.

This was a 2 rep SL bound movement (forward for players, lateral for goalies) to a target area (why they seem to converge on one spot. We see there are power inconsistencies and variation between each leg but more noticeably on the left.
