Applied Physiology of Ice Hockey
The following article is another original Hockey Physiology article written in 1995 by Michael H. Cox, et al. from the Graduate Hospital for Human perfromance and Sports Medicine Center in Wayne, Pennsylvania and The University of Bristdh Columbia, School of Human Kinetics. Even though some of these ideas and philosophies are outdated I believe we should find appreciation for where ice hockey training dogma began. It will help us to understand why and when certian trends and schools of thought in training origniated.
