DB 1-Leg Reverse Deadlift
A single leg variation to the deadlift pattern. The "toe touch" in the back allows the athlete to regain some stability and better emphasize pulling instead of pushing through the front leg. This exercise can also be performed with a single dumbbell in the hand on the "back leg" side to better emphasize the cross-body connection between the hip and opposite shoulder.
