Interview with Power Skating Coach Cathy Andrade

My idea for the Video of the Week was to bring in Cathy Andrade from Cathy's Power skating for a "Q and A" on the foundation of skating and skating movement.  Cathy works with youth hockey players all the way up to NHL professionals in the California bay area.  She is a great teacher and a professional who blends the off-ice training component into her skating program.  I hope all our members enjoy here insights and expertise.  If you want more info on Cathy's program go to Cathyspowerskating.com.
