Neck Training
Neck training is one of those things that is still stuck in the old regimes.
I recently put this together for my NFL athlete when he asked for a "smarter" neck program.
The role of upper extremity and scapular position cannot be emphasized enough when it comes to a happy neck. Mostly a lot of athletes and people have excessively depressed shoulders that by the shear weight of the arm and gravity place a huge amount of abnormal tension on the cervical spine.
I am attaching the program. Take a look and let me know what questions you have. Before, I write a book about explaining it. It may be easier for me to video an explanation. Let me know on this thread!
