Playoff Training 2014--"Black Aces"
This program is for the extra players we carry during the playoffs. The hockey term for this group is, "Black Aces." They will skate and train regularly and be ready to enter the line-up if a player gets injured. So basically they are on alert. Timing, loading and intensity have to be monitored and planned accordingly to account for the sudden change in schedule and line-up.
