The Ultimate Hockey Test

The 3 pad test is performed by starting on the goal line.  The first pad is at the top of the face off circle, the second pad is on the blue line, the third pad is on the red line, and the finish is at the far blue line.  Our 1996's (17 year olds) are completing the test in around 12 seconds.  The goalies are 17 to 20 seconds.
