Thoracic Mobility to Integrated Stability Sequence
This is a 4-stage thoracic mobility to integrated stability progression. This is a great sequence for hockey players looking to help improve thoracic range of motion, and to reinforce it with core control. This will not only help create a more resilient player on the ice, but it can help improve shooting power. The first exercise in the progression is mostly for players with a recent shoulder injury that would be provoked by being externally rotated. The final stage is relatively advanced, but the middle two are exercises that can be incorporated into programs of players at all ages consistently.
